Bridges native Docmost mention notification pipeline (already active for collab path) to the REST API path via NotificationEmitterService. Adds AcadeniceNotificationsModule with mention detector, notification facade API, preferences endpoint, /notifications full page, /settings/notifications preferences page, and bell count polling (30s).
