Add ingredient configurator (ingredient, product_ingredient, allergen, ingredient_allergen), numeric stock (stock_movement), customizable menus (menu_slot, menu_slot_option, order_item_selection, order_item_modifier), RBAC role attributes (default_route, order_source) and role_visible_source. Baseline of the P1 conception work produced over sessions 5-7 (was uncommitted in the working tree). 11-entity model, French naming.
