feat: public demo accounts per RBAC role and verified permission matrix ... 0e65600843

Seed 0009 adds one public demo account per non-admin role (manager,
kitchen, two counter staff, drive) with distinct PINs, idempotent on the
user email. docs/demo documents the accounts and the 23-permission matrix
with browser and API scenarios checked against a disposable stack.
RouteMatrixRoleDbTest replays the 50 admin API routes against the real
seeded roles; rbac-demo.spec.js logs in with every demo account.
