fix: stop showing internal role codes and mark the RGPD action as dangerous ... 123f375f85

The roles list printed each role's internal code next to its French label, which migration 0012 states should never reach a staff member. User row actions are now grouped with the anonymisation link set apart, and only the anonymisation confirmation button is red: deactivation is reversible, as its own on-screen wording says. The stock percentage column is right-aligned and the PIN page error uses the shared banner.
