feat: apply the design system to categories and menus and gate their actions ... 499ee20fb6

Drop the unlabelled slug column from the category list, right-align the order and price columns on the header as well as the cells, group the row actions with the deletion set apart, and colour the menu deletion confirmation as dangerous. The menu list now hides New, Edit and Delete from roles without the matching permission instead of offering links that end in a refusal. The secondary image path is folded away on the category form, and its file field caption becomes a real label, which removes an accessibility violation found on the way.
